Registration, Tuition and Fees
Regular pricing for the entire x-ray training program is $1,250.00 Text books are included in the tuition. A deposit of $400.00 is due at registration and another $425.00 is due midway through the course and the final payment of $425.00 is due at least one week prior to graduation. If you pay in full by the first day of class you will receive a $150.00 discount making the cost only $1100.00.Payment can be made in the form of a personal check, money order, cash, MasterCard or Visa.

Terms and Conditions
I certify that the information provided on this form is truthful and accurate. I accept and agree to adhere to all policies procedures and rules set forth by the X-Ray Academy of Texas (For complete policies please refer to the syllabus). I understand and accept that the school may change policies from time to time. No refunds or substitutions are made for students who withdraw or change employment after the first day of class. Any changes in policies written or verbal will apply to all students. I understand that I must complete all class work, pass all tests and must have paid all required tuition and fees in order to be issued a certificate of completion. I further understand that it is my responsibility to comply with all state laws and regulations. I understand that that the issuance of the certificate of completion will satisfy the State of Texas educational requirements for Non-Certified Technicians (NCT’s). I am responsible for finding my own employment and filing any future paperwork with the Texas Medical Board. Once employed the Texas Board of Medical Examiners must be notified and required forms and fees submitted prior to taking x-rays. A non-refundable deposit is required with your registration in order to assure a spot in the class and text books are available .
